In 1989 Pisciella Antonio overtakes a small company operating in the engineering sector with machine tools located in Silvi Marina and owned by Stanieri Rocco, to continue the line of building automations and special machines giving life to HTC s.r.l.
The “tertiary sector” together with the production of special machines represented an important period of HTC’s life and will keep being an important field of the company business.
In 1995 begins what will be one of the main activities of HTC. It has started the production of “components for vehicle lifts”.
Due to considerable investments and a continuous growth, in 1996 HTC witnesses the building of its new location in the industrial area of Scerne di Pineto that today is spread over an area of 3700 square meters. The purchase of machinery numerically controlled, robotic welders and other equipments, together with the high professionalism and experience of its staff, allowed HTC to start business relationships with national and international companies.
Investments and implementation of specific internal procedures in 1999 allowed HTC to become a company “UNI EN ISO 9001 certified”.
In 2000, another important step forward for what will be the “core business” of the company has been achieved.
HTC begins to build “vehicle lifts” for the main national and international companies in the field. Through very qualified engineers and thanks to the experience made, in 2005 HTC decides to introduce to the market its own line of products.

Fundamental and indispensable has been the Bureau Veritas certification obtained, in order to grant the customer the knowledge that the products distributed are certified and CE compliant.
Over the years, R & D has expand its range of products as well as productive improvements has been made to achieve high automation. In 2012 it has been purchased a sandblasting and powder painting plant and in 2017 a robotic welding island so to project HTC towards the technological transformation of key businesses 4.0.
